Bag / Sack Gripper head for palletising robots. Brand new only ever commissioned. Comes complete with fully adjustable 'fingers', pneumatic bag pusher / centralising plates and a pneumatic top pusher plate. The robot fixing spool is currently engineered for a Comau H4 robot but this can be replaced with a spool to suit your particular robot (We can supply alternative spools for an additional cost). The gripper is currently set up to handle 40cm x 60cm x 15cm 15kg bags but can be adjusted to suit other sizes.

  • Nominal overall width of gripper is 670mm
  • Overall length of gripper is 600mm
  • Minimum width between side pusher / centralising plates is 400mm
  • Current height from the robot mounting plate to the lifting 'fingers' is 460mm
